Christmas is just around the corner. We are busy writing letters to Santa Claus. We are asking him to send Jingles to our class. Here's hoping we are good enough for a visit.

 We new starting our class newspaper. It is called, Raptor News. We spent some time looking at the Desert and Tribune. We found the sections we will be writing about.

 If we ran around the world and stopped every 25 miles, how many times would we stop?

 We had a BYU student in our class for a couple of months. She has been a joy to work with. We are going to miss her enthusiasm and love for teaching. We wish her the best of luck in her career.

 Thank you for the book. This is going to be fun reading. I liked the book about crazy tails, now we can read about crazy eyes.

 My favorite president is President Lincoln. The team of rivals he used to run his presidency were a powerful influence on his term. This is going to be a great read! Thank you!

 Our VIP is one incredibly talented young man, He is studious, friendly and considerably kind. He is a perfect example of we should be like.
