We discovered the Power of Ten. We found out that by grouping cubes into tens and then hundreds we can easily add up the total number of cubes.

We made some incredible Valentine boxes. We are very creative. 

 We just learned about another famous artist named, Georgia O'keefe. We draw one of her pictures by shading the sky and skull. 

Our VIP likes to play soccer with his friends during recess. He thought it was fun to fight his brother who was dressed up as an alligator. His favorite animal is a tortoise. His favorite treat is a Root Beer soda. When he grows up he wants to design video games. 

Happy Birthday dear 2nd grader. We hope all your wishes came true today. 

We have been in school 100 days. We blow up 100 balloons, graphed the colors and then popped them.

We are gettin getting closer to Disneyland. 

We had to determine why the wheel moved. What part of matter was making it spin. 

Our VIP likes Autumn because the leaves are beautiful.  She likes to play basketball. She likes to ride Cannonball at Lagoon. She likes to read the series FlyGuys. When she grows up she wants to be a teacher. 

We had a Same Day at school. We had to so everything the same. We did the opposite of diversity. We now have a better understanding of the importance of being different and using our talents to help others. 

We are learning about our communities and what it takes to make our lives run smoothly. We are grateful for our volunteer sharing her talents with us and teaching us of our community. 

We have made it to Ely, Nevada. That is 425 miles we have run. 

Our VIP's favorite animal is a bunny. At recess he likes to play on the swings with his friends. He likes to ride on Indiana Jones at Disneyland. He likes to read Harry Potter. When he grows up he wants to be a veterinarian. 

We are learning how to play volleyball in PE. It is a fun sport and we are doing a great job. 

We have created PowerPoints about our experiences during Same Day. There are things we liked about the day and things we didn't like. Most importantly we learned to use our talents to bless the lives of others. 

We just made it to Jean, Nevada. There is the biggest Chevron in the world in Jean. There are 96 gas pumps.
