We had the privilege of having Captain Kelly come to our class and talk to us about how important it is that we do not leave our buddy behind. He told us that we should never give up, always remember the mission and succeed in what we do. He showed us his uniform and the medals he had been awarded. We are very grateful for the service he gives our country. We would like to thank all of our service men and wish them a very Merry Christmas.

Wow! You brought me a gummy tarantula. That is so sweet. Thank you!
We spent the morning learning about the rainforest. We got to see animals from four continents that have a rainforest in them. We were able to pet the animals and learn about them. It was a delightful morning.

Boy, do we have an amazing VIP. He is bunble of joy in our classroom. His smile will melt your heart. He loves math and is almost ready to work on his times tables.

We are writing letters to Santa. WE told him how grateful we are for the gift he gave us last year. We also asked him for a special gift this year and to send one of his elves to our class for a visit.

Our, Room Mother/P.E. teacher brought all kinds of fruits and vegetables for us to taste. We got to taste many different kinds of food that we have never eaten before. It was a delightful/yummy afternoon. Every student's desk was full of different kinds of healthy food they had never tasted before. Some they loved and some they did not, but they tried them all. Mom's and dad's you would have been amazed!!!
